Michaela and Shane provided an exemplary service from start to finish. My siblings and I felt very supported. Moreover they were friendly, empathetic, kind, down to earth, easy to talk to and pragmatic. It really mattered during a very difficult time, and they helped us give Mum a beautiful funeral. We are very grateful, and would highly recommend John Nodes Funeral Service. They cater for all budgets, but the prices prices were reasonable anyhow.

We suffered a tragic loss recently and Nina at ladbroke grove funeral parlour was so very compassionate and respectful, offering us endless support and giving us space and time to make such difficult decisions, she is so professional but so kind too.
Nina was always available to us, answering emails or returning calls and made sure all our requirements were met.
It gave us huge comfort knowing she was looking after our loved one, and on the day of the funeral, she and her team, were absolutely brilliant, every detail was as we requested. Everything went smoothly thanks to Nina and her team. As a family, we will always be so very grateful to her.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at john nodes funeral service in harlseden Nw10 who took care of our grandma. When we went to visit her, she looked amazing, and the room was so beautiful with the candles and a nice warm sent. We truly appreciated the love and care you showed her. Our hearts are full—grief is painful, but you made it a little easier for our family.
